2023-2024 New Student Registration

  1. Review the district’s Immunization Requirements, and submit updated immunization records to the Nurse’s Office. Please contact Nurse Jenny Heckman with any questions: 573-455-2375 ext. 1015.
  2. Complete the Online Registration link. 
  3. Complete the additional Registration Survey:

7-12 Summer School Enrollment

If your student plans to attend summer school, this form must be completed and submitted by May 1, 2024 .

Classes begin at 8:00 a.m., and the day will end at 2:30 p.m. 

Lunch will be served, however breakfast will not be served.

(Please also ensure you have completed the Online Registration process prior to May 1, 2024.)

 

 

2024-2025 New Fatima Families Registration

  1. Review the district’s Immunization Requirements, and submit updated immunization records to the Nurse’s Office. Please contact Nurse Jenny Heckman with any questions: 573-455-2375 ext. 1015.
  2. Complete the Online Registration link to have the office add your student’s information to Infinite Campus. 
  3. Complete the additional Registration Survey to submit additional information and to sign off on important forms:

2024-2025 Returning Fatima Families Registration 

  1. Review the district’s Immunization Requirements, and submit updated immunization records to the Nurse’s Office. Please contact Nurse Jenny Heckman with any questions: 573-455-2375 ext. 1015.
  2. Open the Parent Portal and login.
    1. If you do not have a Portal account, please contact your child’s office: eichholzj@fatimacomets.org (for the high school) or neunerh@fatimacomets.org (for the elementary school) to get an activation key.
    2. Once you have this, select the New User option, enter the key, and set up your account.
  3. From the Portal’s main page, select More, then navigate to “Fatima Online Registration.”
    1. Update students who currently attend Fatima, and will return, under Existing Student Registration for 2024-2025.
      • If you have a new student enrolling for 2024-25, you can add them here.
  4. Complete the additional Registration Survey:
