ParentSquare

This is our new communications app where parents, students, emergency contacts, staff and community members can receive announcements about school-related activities and school closings.

Receiving Notifications

Parents, students, emergency contacts and Fatima staff are already enrolled into our communication system, ParentSquare. This information syncs over from our student information system, Infinite Campus. By default, you will receive email and text notifications.

To adjust the types of notifications you are receving, please login to ParentSquare to do so. If you have not registered with the system, please complete this first, and then you will be able to adjust your preferences. 

Community members can also receive announcements and notifications using our Community Group. Important announcements about game times, cancellations, and fundraisers can be found within this group. This is also where we will post announcements relating to school late starts, early releases, and cancellations.

Download the ParentSquare App

The ParentSquare app is available in both iOS or Android stores. Downloading the mobile app is the easiest way to receive all Posts.

Register by entering your Email or Phone Number, then click Get Started. 

 

Change Your Notification Settings for Posts

You can customize your Post notifications based on type and delivery method.

  • The Instant setting will send all Post notifications in real-time.
  • The Digest setting will send all Posts for the day in one single digest at the end of the day (recommended.) 

Posts sent as immediate, as well as direct Messages and Alerts, will still be delivered instantly.

Browser:

  1. From Home, click your name in the top-right corner and select My Account.
  2. Select Notification Settings on the left. 
  3. Choose your preferred Notification Settings for General Announcements & Messages (Off, Instant or Digest) and School Alerts (On or Off). 

Mobile App:

  1. From Home, tap the Menu (triple bars) on the top left. 
  2. Select Account.
  3. Select Notifications.
  4. Use the toggle to turn on or off notifications by email, text and app. 
  5. Select Instant or Digest for each mode.
